We have a brand new yoga class starting at the Centre.
Get a better start to your week with a Monday morning yoga class.
A dynamic class combining traditional Hatha postures and breath awareness open to students of all levels with beginners especially welcome. These morning classes will help you get fitter, stronger and calmer – setting you up for a good week ahead.
Just bring your mat and please email, call or text me to confirm availability or if you have any questions.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga
In these fun and informal classes we combine the traditional Hatha postures with a dynamic element that creates vitality and spontaneity.
The classes are suitable for anyone with an interest in yoga.
Please bring your yoga mat or let me know if you don’t have one. Please wear comfortable clothing but not too baggy and try not eat before the practice.
Please let me know if you have any specific health conditions such as high blood pressure, slip disk, recent surgeries, back pain or anything you feel is a problem for your health.

What do the classes cover?
- Relaxation and yogic breathing
- Asana (yoga postures)
- Tuning your body techniques
- Basic pranayama (breath control)
We start each class by listening to the body with some relaxation and yogic breathing and then we “tune in” using a combination of gentle warm-ups to prepare for the asanas (yoga postures).
We practice asanas that build stamina and at the same time allow us to watch what’s going on with our body. We are exploring and playing with our body in a relaxed and fun environment. Music usually helps us take the journey further, we are engaging all our senses creating vitality and joy both physical and mental.
Each class ends with pranayama and final relaxation. Pranayama is an ancient practice to channel and replenish energies using the breath, the final relaxation allows both body and mind to adjust to the positive changes from the practice.
At the end you will feel relaxed, energised and happy!

In Caroline’s class you will explore Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (Postures) and always a well-earned relaxation.

Caroline has been practicing and loving Yoga since 1999 and qualified in 2010 with The British School of Yoga and has been teaching since. Caroline is also Pre and Post natal trained and registered with The Independent Yoga Network and Reps.
